Park Engagement Session in Puyallup, Washington
John and Katie met when they were in second grade and went to school up until their senior year together. They reconnected 8 years later at a bar. Katie was too nervous to go and say hi, so she sent his mom a FB mesage asking her to give her his number and here these two lovebirds are today.
John proposed on the fairfax Bridge in the snow after they went shooting. They had their dog with them and were throwing smowballs on the bridge. She put her hands in his pocket to warm up and that’s when she felt the ring box. He then got down on one knee and asked her to marry him, and of course she said “yes”!
We did their engagement photos at the Wildwood Park in Puyallup, Washington. These two were orginally going to have a small backyard wedding at their home, but have now decided to elope at Snoqualmie Pass next week! I’m so excited to share the day with them!

Lessie is an amazing photographer. We could not be happier with our wedding photos. I love that she included many unique shots that I wouldn't have thought of but that I really love. Also, along with the photos of my husband and me and photos of both sides of the bridal party, she captured many of the wonderful smaller moments and details that are hard to notice amidst the busy-ness of the wedding day. We loved seeing those smaller details and the candid photos of friends and family as well. They're all very special to us.
